Are you trying to access your webmail via Gmail? You might be bored of login webmail as you already have a login to your Gmail account. Now You can use your Gmail account to send and receive your domain email address. We are here to assist you. Given video might be helpful.
Follow the given instruction.
Step 1: Login to your Gmail account.
Step 2: Go to the “Settings” Gear in the top right corner of the page and select Setting.
Step 3: Click Accounts and Import.
Step 4: Next to “Check mail from other accounts (using POP3),” click Add a mail account you own.
Step 5: Enter your domain’s email address and click Next Step. In our case its [email protected]
Step 6: Enter your full email address (webmail address) as the Username and webmail Password
Enter your POP3 information of your domain. If you are not able to get it contact your hosting provider.
This differs depending on your hosting provider.
Here we are choosing the Always use a secure connection (SSL) option (Port:995). Go according to given figure below. If you are not using secure connection (without SSL) option choose (Port:110) or we can also ask for your hosting provider.
Step 7: Congrats you will see a message stating your mail account has been added.
You can set the email to send as well. Choose ” Yes, I want to be able to send mail as [email protected]” If you do not want to send through Gmail, click the No radio button.
Step 8: Enter your Name.
Choose if you will use this address as an Alias.
Click Next Step.
Step: 9 Now its time to send through webutter.com SMTP server. Enter the SMTP Server information as shown in the figure. Provide username and password for webmail.
Step 10: Now final step is to very your mail that is sent by Gmail to your webmail.
Step 11: Login to your webmail you can find the link to verify. Click on link or copy the code and paste it into Gmail verfication box and click verify.
